Portuguese Interpreting Services

According to the Oxford English Dictionary interpreting is “to translate orally the words of a person speaking a different language”.  Our definition of Portuguese interpreting at Accent Consultants stretches beyond a simple oral translation.  We ensure that an accurate and immediate meaning is conveyed, so that we always deliver a high quality Portuguese interpreting service.

Interpreting into and/or from Portuguese is a highly specialised skill, and therefore only the most proficient Portuguese interpreters in the industry are employed by Accent Consultants.  Our Portuguese interpreters are degree qualified with at least five years professional Portuguese interpreting experience and are fluent in both the language they are interpreting from and the language they are transmitting to you.  They also possess the knowledge required to be able to speak with both authority and accuracy in their specialist fields.  As our Portuguese interpreters are often asked to deal with sensitive information, confidentiality is always a priority.

All Portuguese interpreting assignments will be quoted for individually depending on the dates and hours required.  Portuguese Interpreting assignments are normally charged for as half a day, or full day fees.  If the Portuguese interpreter is only required for a short period of time, this can then be charged by the hour.  If evening hours or week-end work is required, this can be arranged at an agreed overtime rate.
